Who we are
MITS is built and run by NE Financials Inc., a company based in British Columbia. We are responsible for the information described here.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we keep your email address, the date and time you joined, and the wording of the consent you agreed to. That is all. This page sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Its typefaces load from jsDelivr, a public font and code network, which sees your IP address like any website you visit.
Why we collect it
To tell you when founding seats open and to send a small number of launch updates about MITS. We will not sell your email, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Your email is stored in a database hosted in Canada (Montréal region). The page itself is served by our hosting provider, Vercel, which handles the request when you submit the form.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and no longer than 24 months after MITS opens.
Your choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask to see, correct or delete what we hold by writing to privacy@wemadeitsimple.ca. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
